2. Usage

I. My commissions are intended for personal use only. (Personal use includes the usage of my artwork as a profile picture, banner, etc. Credit is required.)II. Commercial use is not allowed without discussing first. (Commercial use includes the usage of my work, in any way, shape, or form, for commercial gain.)III. I retain all rights to any and all works, recordings and materials provided to you. You gain ownership of the character design in design commissions, though I must be credited as the designer. In all other commissions, you retain ownership of only the characters commissioned, provided you are the rightful owner.IV. I retain the right to post any and all of my works onto my social media platforms. You may do so as well, but crediting is required. You may not claim in any way that my work is that of your own. (You may request for your commission to be private, but please inquire beforehand.)V. You may not use my work in the training of AI models or as NFT's under any circumstances. This includes the training, validation or testing of any and all AI models, and advertisements for such models.VI. You may not trace over my artwork in any way. (This includes using my art as a base, unless otherwise specified.)

3. Pricing, Payments, and Refunds

I. Additional charges are as follows:
Complex Designs, Humans, Mecha: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Costs (If Applicable): Evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Missing Reference Sheet: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Commercial Charge: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Rush Fee: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
NSFW: +100% of base priceII. Unless otherwise specified or discussed, payment will be facilitated through Paypal or Zelle.III. Commissions lesser than or equal to $50 USD are required to be paid upfront, after discussing, for work to be commenced. For commissions greater than $50 USD, alternate payment plans may be discussed.IV. If I am unable to complete a commission, a partial or full refund may be issued, based on the amount of work completed beforehand. If you are unsatisfied with the work, refunding or other resolutions may be discussed. Please do not initiate a charge back with the payment processors.V. Prices from promotional materials are estimate.

4. Commissioning Process

i. Clients are expected to describe clearly the commission they wish to receive. Clients are expected to supply a reference sheet, or otherwise some other form of the physical design of the character they wish to be portrayed. Failure to do so may result in an additional charge. (See Pricing.)ii. Clients are expected to act and respond in a respectful and timely manner. Otherwise, your commission may be cancelled, and you will be refunded if applicable.iii. I will likely decline requests to draw in another artist's style. As stated before, I reserve the right to decline commissions under any circumstances.iv. If at any point you're unsure about something, please ask! I want to be accomodating, and I'd be happy to make minor changes to the finished piece, as long as it's within reason!v. Please do not send any payment until all details of your commission have been confirmend and I have sent your invoice.I. The commissioning process starts when the client fills out the commission form. For the sake of organization, you are advised to do so. Alternatively you may contact me through my supplied direct messages or emails. Commissions are not necessarily accepted in the order that they are submitted. I reserve the right to choose which commissions I accept, and in any particular order.II. Once your request has been evaluated, you will be contacted through your supplied contacts. You may elaborate and inquire on your commission at this point. At this point, you may ask for project files to be supplied once the commission is finished, however this request can be declined. Once the details of the commission are agreed upon, you will be invoiced. Note that no commissions are confirmed nor finalized until payment has been received. In the event that all commission slots have already been filled, you can optionally be put on the waitlist, and be contacted later, when spaces open.III. Once payment has been received, work on your commission will be commenced. The turnaround period is usually 1 week after confirmation of payment received, however, up to 1 month after payment confirmation may be required depending on the complexity of the piece and my free time.IV. For applicable commissions, rough sketches will be supplied first, at which point the client may choose to request major changes up to 3 times without additional charge. After confirmation by the client, the rest of the work will be commenced, at which point no changes can be guaranteed until the completion of the commission.V. You will not receive a full resolution, unwatermarked version of the commission until all payments are finalized. For digital commissions, you will receive a link to the full resolution version of the finished commission. Project files (eg. psd, kra, etc.) will also be supplied at this point.
